Best Buy Award & QUDAL 2026./2027.

According to the results of the latest international survey conducted in Croatia in April 2026, Croatian consumers have once again recognized DOMPROJEKT as one of the leading brands in the prefabricated houses category - both in terms of quality and price-quality ratio.

Lasting success and repeated awards bear out long-term trust DOMPROJEKT has generated among Croatian customers, but also a stable market position of the brand that has been setting standards in the prefabricated construction industry for years.

An independent survey has been conducted by ICERTIAS - International Certification Association GmbH from Zurich, Switzerland, on a sample of 1,200 respondents - construction professionals and DIY consumers in Croatia aged 18+, as part of the specialized Construction survey for 2026/2027.

Respondents of the prestigious QUDAL - QUality meDAL label survey have been put an open question:

“Name a manufacturer of prefabricated houses in Croatia that offers an absolutely highest level of quality.”

The majority of respondents answered - DOMPROJEKT.

At the same time, in a research for the Best Buy Award certificate measuring the best price-quality ratio, respondents have been put the following question:

“Name the manufacturer of prefabricated houses in Croatia that, in your experience and opinion, offers the best price-quality ratio.”

In this category too, Croatian respondents gave the highest number of votes to the DOMPROJEKT brand.

These awards further confirm DOMPROJEKT’s recognition on the Croatian market through quality of performance, modern approach to construction, functional solutions and long-term value for investors.

About the Survey

The survey was conducted by ICERTIAS - International Certification Association GmbH by means of an online opinion poll by CAWI - DEEPMA (Computer Assisted Web Interviewing - Deep Mind Awareness) method during April 2026.

The questions were open-ended, without offered answers, in order to get as authentic an insight into the perception and experiences of consumers as possible.
